Breakfast: Mini banana nut muffin and Hi-C berry punch pouch Lunch: 2 entree plate from Panda Express (orange chicken, beijing beef, rice and chow mein) grande blended strawberry lemonade from starbucks Snackish: AMP energy drink Dinner: Half a turkey bacon melt sandwich and some curly fries.

Hi everyone, I just wanted to let you all know that I started a new group. It is called What I Ate. It is for anyone and everyone who would like to share and keep progress of their daily food consumption. I have learned that when I started having to tell my boyfriend everything I ate for the day, I was more conscious about what I ate because I didn't want him to hear me rattle off large amounts of foods. Because of that, I think this is a very useful tool for people who are trying to maintain or lose weight, or just have a more healthy lifestyle. It is also meant to be a place for support, so if you happen to have a off day, don't feel bad, we will be there to encourage you to not give up and just get back on track the next day.
